What we collect, and why.
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms and the Automation Finder so we can reply to you and understand your business. We don't sell it, we don't run ad trackers, and we'll delete it if you ask.
What we collect
- Contact forms. The workflow you describe and the email address or phone number you give us.
- Automation Finder. Your messages to the Finder and the suggestions it produces, including your website address if you share it. We save these conversations even if you don't send us a request, so we can improve the tool and understand what businesses need.
- Technical data. Your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse and store alongside form submissions. Our hosting and network providers also keep standard server logs.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to you about the workflow you sent.
- To run the Automation Finder and improve its suggestions.
- To keep the site working and protect it from spam and abuse.
We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Who processes it for us
We use a few service providers to run the site. Each handles your data only to provide its service to us:
- Railway: hosts the website and the database where submissions are stored.
- Cloudflare: delivers the website, protects it from attacks, and provides visitor analytics.
- Anthropic: the AI model behind the Automation Finder processes the messages you send it.
- Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace: our email, where your submission and any reply live.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions and Finder conversations for as long as they're useful for working with you or improving our tools, and delete them when they're not. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

To see, correct, or delete what we have about you, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
Please don't enter passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information into our forms or the Automation Finder.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
